A Look Back: The Beginnings of "The Moment"

As we take a moment to reminisce about the beginnings of "The Moment," I am filled with pride and gratitude for the incredible journey we embarked on. From the spark of an idea to its realization on screen, it has been an unforgettable experience. Here's to the beginning and all the remarkable moments that followed.

Our First Steps

The first-ever commercial video I produced, "The Moment," was recognized by the New York Festivals. Everybody's got somewhere to get started, and we were incredibly fortunate to kick off our journey with such remarkable recognition. Throwback to the beginning with "The Moment," a project with Bezalel that holds a special place in our hearts. We captured its essence at the mesmerizing Venice Beach back in 2015. The breathtaking sunset will forever remain etched in our fondest memories.

Fun Facts About "The Moment"

  • Iconic Venice Beach Location: The commercial was filmed in Venice Beach, a location renowned for its cinematic history. Many big film names, including "Barbie," have shot there, adding a touch of Hollywood magic to our project.
  • A Dramatic Start: One of our actors had their backpack stolen upon arriving at the location. In a twist of fate, the police miraculously found and returned the backpack, saving the day and adding a unique story to our shoot.
  • From School Project to Big Screen: Our client founded the company out of a school project at USC. "The Moment" was their first formal commercial, marking a significant milestone in their journey as well as ours.

Reflecting on the Journey

Looking back, it's incredible to see how far we've come. From the early days of planning and shooting "The Moment" to receiving recognition from prestigious platforms like the New York Festivals, every step has been a learning experience filled with growth and creativity. The challenges we faced and the memories we made along the way have shaped us into who we are today.
